Cyber-Vigilance Film

Participant Guidelines

Cyber-Vigilance Fest is a creative two-round event that combines cybersecurity knowledge with short film production to promote digital safety awareness. Each participant chooses a cybersecurity-related concept or idea and gets 1 hour for script writing and 2 hours for video production.

  1. Round 1 – Threat Analysis & Script Writing:  Participants will study a current cyber threat and explore how to prevent or respond to it. They will research security tools, defense strategies, and awareness methods, then create a script for a short awareness video based on their findings. This round focuses on understanding the issue and developing a clear, informative message.
  2. Round 2 – Cine Vision Production:  Using the script from Round 1, participants will film and edit a short video that explains the chosen cybersecurity topic in a creative and engaging way. The goal is to raise awareness about the threat and show how people can stay safe online.

The event encourages participants to combine technical understanding with visual storytelling, turning cybersecurity awareness into a powerful and creative message.
